Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before are generally non-refundable

We reserve the right to cancel experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
